SMPS' mission is to first find the scientific side to paranormal activity.

We are a group of individuals  who have experienced paranormal activity in our lifetime, therefore choosing to take it further and investigate the possibilities of the unknown.  We do not claim to be experts in this field, but do believe in what we do and take it very seriously, and conduct ourselves as a team in a professional manner.  We investigate both residential and business establishments.  During our research and investigations, we do try to find a logical explanation for the activity first.  We do not jump to conclusions.  We make every effort to try to remain objective.  Our research is done with digital cameras, cam corders, night vision cameras, digital audio recordings as well as EMF detectors and other scientific equipment. We also document temperature changes.  After examining all evidence (or lack of) we will do a follow up with the client to discuss our findings and answer any questions.  We may need to schedule a second investigation if it is agreed we need one.  We will first seek to exclude natural causes for the activity.  We will treat each client and their situation with privacy and respect.  Our goal is to help people understand why they are experiencing paranormal activity.

SMPS is a non-profit organization and will never charge for our services . Our main goal is to put our clients mind at ease and help them come to a resolution to their problem(s).  If we cannot help, we will try our best to put our clients in touch with someone who can.
